Our Retreats

At Ananda Maya, our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment for your spiritual journey. Through Tantra Yoga, you can learn to control the restless mind, making it calm, quiet and focused to experience the joy of your Divine nature within.

Introduction

There is an essential part of us. Beyond fear, emotional hardship, and mental distress. A home where we can simply be at ease within ourselves, in the natural joy of our own being. This is our spiritual reality.

Although we are never separate from it, this truth may remain hidden behind our identification with the ego and its constant dramas in life.

Through the practice of Tantra Yoga, we can free ourselves from fear, insecuries, and mental limitations. We tap into our full potential and experience a profound sense of completeness, belonging, and purpose in life.

In our retreats, you'll get to learn these scientific practices first hand and how to make them a part of your everyday life.

Spiritual Meditation Retreat
-4 days-

Our Spiritual Meditation Retreat is designed to provide a well-rounded and insightful journey into meditation, the mind, and the interconnected biological systems that influence our inner world. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these topics will enrich your meditation practice and deepen your connection with yourself and the cosmic mind:

Meditation Theory: We begin with the fundamentals and gain a solid foundation in the principles that underpin these ancient set of practices.

Understanding the Mind (Kosas) and Mantra: We dive into the layers of the mind and the power of mantra as we explore how these elements contribute to our meditation journey.

The 8 Limbs of Raja Yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi, each limb holds its unique significance on our path to self-realization.

Yoga Psychology 1: The Nervous System: The intricacies of the nervous system help us to understand the profound connection between the mind and body.

Yoga Psychology 2: The Glandular System: Its role in regulating thoughts and emotions, and how we balance them through yoga asana, a sattvic diet, and the 8 limbs of Raja Yoga.

Understanding Chakra, Mind & Vrittis: We gain insight into the Chakra system and how it influences our mind and mental propensities (Vrittis). This knowledge teaches us how to balance and align our chakra and gain control over our thoughts for a deeper meditation experience.
